Chef Jeremy Stephens is a passionate culinary expert hailing from the heart of Acadiana. With over 16 years of experience in the industry, he's honed his craft across renowned establishments, including his recent tenure as Head Chef of Pasta Bar Austin within the esteemed Scratch Restaurant Group. Prior to that, he led the culinary team at Blixt and Co and showcased his talents as Sous Chef at the legendary Galatoire's. 

A true testament to his skill, he was recognized as the San Pellegrino Best Young Chef North America Finalist in 2020 and has garnered multiple international accolades, including being a National Finalist for the Chaine des Rotisseurs. Jeremy brings a wealth of expertise and a deep-rooted passion for his Acadiana heritage to his new culinary consulting venture, where he's set to redefine dining experiences with innovation and authenticity.
